2. What We Process

2.1 Birth details

The date, time and gender you enter, used to compute a chart. They appear in your browser's address bar (and therefore in your browser history) and in one transient server-side computation. We do not write them to any database or log.

When you buy a reading, those details are signed and encoded into a short order reference stored with the order at the payment processor, which is what lets you reopen that reading.

2.2 Payment information

Transaction amount, currency, status and order reference are held by Waffo Pancake. We never receive or store full card numbers.

2.3 Collected automatically

• Our host (Vercel) records access logs including IP address and user agent, for operations and security.
• Error logs: on a failed request we record the time, path and error type — never birth details.

2.4 What we do not collect

• Name, email or phone — the Service does not need them and offers nowhere to enter them.
• Full card numbers or CVV.
• Precise geolocation.
• Cross-site tracking. We run no ads and use no retargeting cookies.

3. How We Use It

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not use it to train any AI model.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, including as "sale" is defined under applicable law such as the California CCPA. We share only what is necessary:

5. Retention

Because readings are not stored, opening your return link generates a fresh one each time. The wording may differ slightly between runs — that is inherent to language models.

6. Your Rights

You have rights to be informed, of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent. To exercise them, contact support@humandbots.com. We respond within 30 calendar days, free of charge.

In practice, because we keep neither birth details nor readings, the answer to most requests will be "we hold nothing to give you or delete". For requests touching orders and payments we will help you raise them with the payment processor.

If you believe we have mishandled your information, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may set technical cookies necessary to keep the site running. Interface preferences such as language live in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us.

8. International Transfers

The site is hosted in the United States, and the model provider and payment processor may operate facilities in the United States or elsewhere. Cross-border transfers are protected by data processing agreements incorporating the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, encryption in transit, and limiting each transfer to the minimum data needed.

9. Minors

The Service is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. Questions to support@humandbots.com.

10. Security

• HTTPS / TLS enforced site-wide.
• Birth details and readings are never persisted server-side — with no store, there is no stored data to breach.
• Card data is handled exclusively by a PCI-DSS compliant processor.
• If a security incident affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

11. Changes to This Policy

Material changes are published here at least 15 days in advance, with an updated version and effective date at the top. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
